We are looking for lead bartenders and bartenders. This is a seasonal position starting in April. It will include an hourly rate and tips. Those who qualify for lead bartenders will earn more per hour.

Here are some of our “musts” for Decanted:

​

• Weekends and weekdays are a must! Meaning – we need you to be flexible. Most of our events are on weekends, but we also book a lot of events during the week. Please have availability for both.

• Must be able to lift heavy objects.

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a good driving record.

• The ability to trailer a camper! If you’re amazing and willing to learn we can teach the right candidate.

• Punctual, energetic, great personality

• TIPs Certified

• June is high wedding season – please be fully available for the month of June.

Qualities for a lead bartender are years of experience, great references, and being able to run and organize a busy bar experience.
