What is Decanted Wine Trucks and do you just serve wine? 

Decanted vintage trailer bars offer a unique bartending experience for weddings, parties, events and festivals.  We provide full bar services out of our one-of-a-kind trailers. Our full bar services come with a trailer bar rental, experienced bartenders, wine, signature craft cocktails, beer, bubbles and non-alcoholic options.

We also offer catering menus with charcuterie and snacks to a little more substantial goodies like sandwiches and orzo bowls.  We can also provide floral arrangements and high-top tables.

Wait, you can do food too? 

Yup!  And we try to source our ingredients locally.  From beautiful quiches made from locally sourced eggs to gorgeous cheese boards and pasta options.  Ask us if our catering menu is a good fit for you!

Do you provide the alcohol and is that included in the quote?

Yes and yes!  We provide all the alcohol and the pricing is included in your quote. All alcohol at the event must be poured by our tips certified bartenders. Decanted Inc. is not reliable for any alcohol being distributed to guests outside of the trailer.

Can we supply you with wines we want you to pour?

Yes, but there is a $20 corkage fee per bottle

How can Decanted help with planning a drink menu for an event?

We can help create specialty cocktails, cocktail menus, provide beer and wine expertise to make your event unique and specialized. We can also create a cocktail recipe just for you!

What types of events does Decanted service?

We service all types of events from weddings, micro-weddings and anniversary parties to pop-ups, brand activations, and corporate happy hours. Our trailer makes a great addition to your brunch, baby shower, graduation party, backyard BBQ, or your fundraising event! We are available for festivals as well.

How early should we book with you?

As soon as possible! Our 2023 wedding calendar is starting to fill up! Due to the amount of inquiries we receive and the limited amount of weekends (May-Oct).

How do we secure a date? 

Call or email us with the date you have in mind and we can get the ball rolling!  Your date is NOT secured or promised until the deposit is received and the agreement is signed.

How much does a Decanted cost?

We have our base pricing outlined in our packages page.  But, it really all depends on the size of your party and what you’re looking for with your drink and food menus.

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve one of the trailers on your date. This deposit will go towards your final payment. An 18% service fee will also be added to your final bill. 

​

Do you require a power & water source?

Nope!  Our trailers  have power and water.  Makes it super easy to park in a yard, pasture or any other beautiful spot as long as it’s flat ground. If we are requested to trailer on grass we are not liable for any damage or tire marks to the ground.

Can you do a cash bar? 

Yes, we are more than happy to provide a cash bar for your next event, but we do have minimums.  

​

Do you do indoor wine tastings as well - without the trailers? 

Yes!  We do these types of events mostly in the colder months.   

​

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we carry full coverage insurance.
