What is Decanted Wine Truck and Mobile Bar?

Decanted Wine Truck & Mobile Bar is a full-service mobile bar for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and festivals across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our vintage trailer bars bring a polished, elevated bar experience directly to your event — with all alcohol included.

Each Decanted event includes the rental of one of our beautifully restored trailer bars, TIPS-certified bartenders, and a thoughtfully curated beverage menu featuring wine, beer, sparkling wine, signature craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. We handle everything from sourcing to service, so there are no surprise costs or last-minute errands.

In addition to bar service, Decanted can also provide charcuterie and catering menus, ranging from light snacks to more substantial offerings. Select events may also include floral arrangements, high-top tables, and décor enhancements to create a seamless, guest-ready experience.​

Do you provide the alcohol and is that included in the quote?

Yes — and yes. Decanted Wine Truck & Mobile Bar is a full-service mobile bar that provides all alcohol, and it is always included in your quote. There are no hidden fees, surprise charges, or last-minute bar runs.

Unlike many mobile bars in Massachusetts and Connecticut, Decanted holds the proper licensure to source and serve alcohol as part of our service. All beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are poured exclusively by our TIPS-certified bartenders, ensuring responsible service and a seamless experience for your event.

To comply with licensing and insurance requirements, all alcohol served at the event must be poured by our bartending team. Decanted is not responsible for any alcohol distributed to guests outside of the mobile bar.

We’re more than just a trailer rental — we manage the bar from start to finish so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

Can we supply you with wines we want you to pour?

Yes, but there is a $20 corkage fee per bottle

We can help create specialty cocktails, cocktail menus, provide beer and wine expertise to make your event unique and specialized. We can also create a cocktail recipe just for you! And we also make fantastic mocktails!​

How early should we book with you?

As soon as possible! You want to be sure you get the mobile bar of your choice, and our 2026 calendar is starting to fill up! Due to the amount of inquiries we receive and the limited amount of weekends (May-Oct).

How do we secure a date? 

Call or email us with the date you have in mind and we can get the ball rolling!  Your date is NOT secured or promised until the deposit is received and the agreement is signed.

How much does a mobile bar cost in Massachusetts / Connecticut?

We don't know about everyone else, but we are fully transparent in our pricing. And our mobile bar events always include the alcohol. Read all about pricing breakdown here!

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve one of the trailers on your date. This deposit will go towards your final payment. An 18% service fee will also be added to your final bill.

Do you require a power & water source?

Nope!  Our trailers  have power and water.  Makes it super easy to park in a yard, pasture or any other beautiful spot as long as it’s flat ground. If we are requested to trailer on grass we are not liable for any damage or tire marks to the ground.

What areas do you mobile bars service? 

Decanted Wine Truck & Mobile Bar provides full-service mobile bar service throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. We regularly serve events across Greater Boston, MetroWest, Worcester County, and Cape Cod, and we travel throughout both states for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and festivals.

If your event is outside these areas, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to discuss availability and travel details.

Do you have indoor mobile bars - without the trailers? 

Yes! In addition to our vintage trailer bars, Decanted Wine Truck & Mobile Bar offers indoor bar carts that are perfect for events where a trailer isn’t the right fit.

Our bar carts are most commonly used for indoor events, winter celebrations, venues with limited access, or events with a tighter budget. They provide the same thoughtful service and curated beverage experience as our trailers — just in a more compact setup.

Bar carts are available throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut and can be customized to suit weddings, corporate events, private parties, and seasonal gatherings.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we carry full coverage insurance.
